Terms of Service

Last updated: June 1, 2025

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Trego platform — including our website, mobile app, and related services — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Use of Service

Trego grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our platform for personal, non-commercial travel booking purposes. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in scraping or automated data collection.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make bookings. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.

3. Booking & Payments

When you complete a booking through Trego, you enter into a contract directly with the property host or service provider. Trego acts as an intermediary and is not a party to the accommodation or service agreement.

All prices displayed include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. Trego reserves the right to cancel any booking in cases of fraud, technical errors, or supply issues.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by listing and are displayed clearly before you complete a booking. Free cancellation is typically available up to 48 hours before check-in unless the listing specifies a stricter policy.

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Non-refundable bookings will not receive a refund unless the cancellation is due to a verified force majeure event.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account and making bookings. You will treat hosts, service providers, and other users with respect and comply with house rules and local regulations during your stay.

Any damage caused to a property during your stay may result in additional charges. You agree not to use Trego for any unlawful purpose or to list fraudulent properties.

6. Limitation of Liability

Trego provides the platform on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee the accuracy of listing descriptions, photos, or availability. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of third-party services booked through our platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trego's total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the six months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Trego regarding use of the platform.
